​Before canceling my policy with Andy Scott II Agency, I received a written guarantee that my refund would be fully prorated. Relying on their assurance, I canceled, only to have a $112.48 penalty deducted.
​When questioned, the agency admitted to state regulators that they made an error because they failed to proofread an AI-generated response before sending it to me.
​Yet, Agent Andy Scott refuses to refund the money caused by their own mistake. Using AI is fine, but treating a customer's real financial loss as a "learning experience" at the customer's expense is completely unethical and unprofessional. Avoid this agency if you expect human accountability."

Heck, even my dog understands the difference between collision and comprehensive and reminds me about the safe driver discount… while dreading our drive to the vet.

Dee Dee has helped us through an incident where we got rear ended, a time where we had a vehicle stolen, and she’s even called on a random day to check in on us just to see how we were doing. "Waiting almost one year after the purchase of a new construction home to purchase additional coverage for the interior workings and plumbing.
